Product Description

S-BONDING^®0706 is a highly performed emulsion binder. It was designed for bonding of UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) fiber to make fiber ropes. It features excellent bonding strength, flexibility and good water resistant performance.

Appearance : White Emulsion

Solid Content : Approx. 45%

Viscosity: Approx. 70cps (Brookfield 3#/10rpm/23ºC)

Special Gravity: Approx 1.3

PH: Approx 7.2

Packing: 50kgs/Pail; 160kgs/drum

Operation Conditions

Can be applied by direct transfer from glue roller or saturation process. Ready for use as supplied.

Pre-caution

· Do not mix with other adhesives

· Stir adhesive thoroughly before using

· Store in closed containers to prevent drying out and contamination

· Rotate stock-First in-Firstout

Storage

Protect from temperature below 6°C

Shelf life: 6 months at ambient temperature
